MIA's POV

I glanced around as we drove into the big mansion, the mansion was much bigger than that of the creekstone pack.

"You can just say it is fine, and stop your jaw from dropping In amazement" Gabriel muttered with a smug look on his face. I rolled my eyes, for one minute I almost forgot he was unbearable.

"I have nothing to say about it, I have seen better," I responded, tinting my eyes to appear not interested in the wonderful view before me.

"Really, where?" he asked. I knew he was aware that I was lying but he seemed to derive so much pleasure in proving me wrong.

"You don't know where I have been to," my cheeks flustered pink, I was embarrassed to be caught in a lie.

"I am sure I don't," there was something about his tone that sounded like a mockery, but when you have been mocked all your life, everything sounds like one.
