"Everything happens for a reason "
Happy reading.....
“Sirish do something as soon as possible because my mom is so adamant to throw me in the hell any second.", I said weakly.
“Here is the only option Mihra, you have to go directly to him and tell him that you are not interested in this marriage. You will tell him , you love someone."
“Will he leave me ?”, I asked him doubtfully.
“Of course he must be Mihra because no man wants to share his life with a girl who is in love with another man. At least not him because as per your words he seems a good man, on top of that he is a village guy so he will understand you and respect your decision.", he sounded so confident.
“Oh it’s so simple. Tomorrow I will go to his village and confront my decision.", I spoke feeling a little bit relax.
“That’s a good Idea baby." , he sang.
“I will talk to you tomorrow. Love you”, I said blowing a kiss on my phone though he couldn’t see me.
“Love you too baby. Come fast we have our internship remember and the list is on the way "
“Hm bye "
After I thought so much about his idea and how to get rid of this marriage. Seriously I never imagined my life would be a comedy circus one day. Even though I didn’t like the idea of visiting him but I had no option in my hand. I had to go that shitty place and convince him to break this stupid marriage.I heard door knocking sound and I knew it’s mom.
“Mihra come have dinner, you haven’t eaten anything after breakfast.", Mom shouted.
“Just leave me alone mom, my appetite is gone now and thanks to you.", I replied back snuggling my head into pillow.
“Please Mihra don’t act like a stubborn kid , I am doing all this for your future “,she chanted.
“Future ?? What is my future mom? To marry that village man. Instead I prefer death happily than staying with him.", I groaned.
“Sweety don’t talk like that you don’t know anything about him, how can you disrespect him. The village is on earth only, not from some other planet. He is not Alien, you are talking about him like that. So stop cussing him or you would regret it later I am telling you.", mom lectured me as usual.
Regret my foot !
“Mom, tomorrow I have to go on a field trip for three days, so please leave me I need to sleep "
“Okay we will discuss about this matter when you come back from the trip. I placed your debit card in the lower cabinet take it, may be you need it. Good night sweety."
“Mommm", I singsong.
“Yes sweety ?”
“What’s the village name ? "
“Why ?? ..do you want to know about Abhiman ?”, she sounded so excited.
“Don’t exaggerate mom, I just want to know my native place that’s it "
“It’s East Godavari district Andhra Pradesh "
“What the hell it’s South India ??”, I sat up with a jerk.
“Yeah sweety I am south Indian and your dad North Indian but we had to shift here in Mumbai on your dad’s business purpose."
Arghhh !
“Just kill me mom ..kill me ", I hit my forehead angrily.
“Everything happens for a reason sweety. Good night "
Yes the reason is my destruction !
“Good night mom.", I muttered under my breath heavily annoyed and closed my eyes trying to sleep. But again and again that Abhiman name popping up in my brain making me cuss.Abhiman I am coming !
But the name is sounding sexy -my evil brain whispered.
Urghh Mihra shut up and sleep !Next Morning
Mom packed my bag with proper clothes and things which I need on trip. But she didn’t know that I was going to meet Abhiman not a field trip. If I say the truth, she will alert him or manipulate for marriage and I don’t want to happen that.
Atleast not in this life I am gonna marry him !
“Bye mom, I will miss you.", I said hugging her and she kissed my forehead.
“Careful okay, don’t go around waterfalls you have hydrophobia. Just watch it from a distance and keep yourself away from that Sirish. I don’t trust him "
But I do !
“Okay bye." , I kissed her cheek and waved my hand.
Present, I was in flight looking outside of the windo, emerging in my thoughts. In just a few minutes the plane will land in Rajamundry. Urgh even the thought disgusting me, I never imagined in my life that I would go to a village and that too talk with a village man.
It’s landing time and I throw my bag to my shoulder while adjusting my scarf. What would I d, I was an OCD person. Every new atmosphere will cause sick to my body. After I took bus to Konaseema. The buss was full on rush and I got a seat on very difficulty. I noticed some middle aged women gawking at me but I didn’t give a damn as I was exhausted by long the journey and directly settled in my seat.
After four hours journey the bus came to halt. It’s already evening now and I was tired like hell.
“Holy cow "
My mouth fell open at the sight as I stepped out of bus shockingly. Oh god was this village or animal farm. There was a lot of different kind of animals roaming and running on the road. Even the road was not fixed properly, it’s almost look like a chain of puddles.
My nose instantly scrunched up feeling nausea, the smell was so hard that it had me in a heavy sneezing. Though I was wearing a scarf it couldn’t help. My nose was so sensitive that It can’t stand at hard smells. Oh god I shouldn’t have come here in the first place. Mihra where were you stuck baby.
I clamped my mouth ,nose over my scarf and moved forward. Mom said that Abhiman was pretty famous in this village so everyone must be know him. Immediately I should find him and clear this matter as quickly as possible. Urgh I can’t waste one more second here. I moved aside so far from them keeping my body to a particular side.
I was walking and walking as I didn’t find anyone near my sight. I could see only green and drought lands, may be because of I was in still village outskirts. My legs were aching by the continuous one hour walk.
Great Mihra, have fun !
But what I realised was there was no hustle and bustle of city life. It’s peaceful, calm, quite and full of greenery where one can breathe fresh air. Somehow it had me sane diverting my brain from the nausea.
The mud road was narrow covered with green fields on either side of it. It was just going and going without knowing destination. I had no Idea where it was leading me as I was just following it calmly. Then my eyes caught a glimpse of a man finally who was hunching over green crops. His back was visible only, he was looking young because of his blue jeans and light blue T-shirt.
By the way Blue is my favourite !
Impressive village guys are wearing jeans not bad !
“Excuse me, can you please help me with the address.”, I called him maintaining a good distance. Don’t know how many germs he was carrying on his body.
But he didn’t respond ,out of nowhere I saw a dirty big buffalo directly running into me. My eyes widened and feet trembled in horror."Oh no Sherlock …”, I shouted on the top of my lungs watching the black creature coming close to me, very close to me with every passing second.
"Don’t judge a book by its cover." Happy reading...... "Oh no Sherlock!" , I screamed loudly, squeezing my eyes shut and my feet rooted to the place. Rip Mihra ! Please bring orchids to my funeral okay ! Literally I was imagining burying myself under the six feet ground, it’s disturbed by a laughing sound. I opened my one eye slowly peeking outside and realised that I was alive. The buffalo was nowhere near my sight and was very grateful to my God for saving me. "Thank god.", I was taking heavy breaths trying to relax my shivering body with my eyes still shut. I could hear my thumping heart behind my chest. "Aap thik ho ? (Hey are you okay ?)", I heard a voice behind me and instantly my heart beat picked up at how soothing it was. It’s a male voice and surprisingly so manly. I calmed myself and swiveled around. I saw a six feet man standing a few steps away from me by dropping his hands either side of his hip. His face was covered with a red cotton cloth and I could see only hi
"Well not even a single person in this world is made to be perfect. Generally people make mistakes and they will realise it eventually." Happy reading… "Abhi", he said looking at me. "ABHI???", I repeated his words, confused. "ABHIMAN ???", I asked him, totally baffled. "No, I am just Abhi. By the way how do you know Abhiman ?", he asked me while retrieving his steps back to me. Oh I thought he was Abhiman ! Seriously Mihra, do you really think he will talk in English ? "Well I actually came here to meet him, I have something important to talk with him." "Oh, but he is out of the village on some important work for three days.", he almost reached me. What I noticed was, his strides were so long that he reached me so quickly. My eyes were observing his body every move, he had an amazing built, the way veins popped up on his hands when he fisted and freed them effortlessly was hot. My god I was sure it's a gym body. I could see his bulging biceps under his tight shirt. He was t
"Why does god have to be unfair with good human beings? Sometimes I don't understand his logic." Happy reading..... "How do you know ? I remember I didn't tell you I am from Mumbai yet.", I asked him doubtfully when he was about to step forward. He abruptly stopped with my voice and turned. "It's not a big deal Cara mia, I guessed it by your language slang.", he replied. "Oh! You are so intelligent Abhi, I am impressed.", I patted his shoulder appreciatively. "Come, I will help you to get the bus", he said whilst taking my bag to carry. "I have to wait for Abhiman, It's so important and urgent Abhi." "I told you he is out for three days, where will you stay until then ?" "I will stay in any nearby hotel." "There are no hotels nearby here, you have to travel long to get any hotel and I don't think you can adjust in this village, Cara. It's better you should return back to Mumbai and come when he is back" "I can't go back Abhi, it's very important like life and death matter."
"Gradually, I stopped owning the things I loved the most because I know one day they will leave me too. I think I got used to losing them now." Happy reading.... "My feet are hurting, I can't walk anymore.", I sighed tiredly, dropping my hands on my knees as I stopped in my tracks. Abhi swiveled around and looked down at my state. "Just a fifteen minutes walk more.", he said while I was panting and taking breaths. "I can't ", I nodded my head horizontally. "Then?", he quipped. "Are you not a man ?" "What ?? What made you say that Cara mia.", his eyes danced in mirth as he started smiling at my words. He was seriously different from other people, any man would have felt angry at what I said but this man was smiling down at me. "If you are a man, you should have simply carried me instead of asking me for the solution.", I pouted, straightening my body posture back to normal. Seriously, I had never walked this much in my entire life. "Do you want me
"You never fail to impress me everytime time I get to know you more." Happy reading.... "Wow, this room is really beautiful, I didn't expect it to be perfect for me.The view and the fresh fragrance of flowers in the air it's just awesome.", I squealed in happiness as my back touched the bed. I actually forgot that Abhi was still standing at the door and here I was jumping like crazy as if it's my own room. I sat up and immediately adjusted my top to my thighs which had ridden up a little. "Sorry, I forgot you are still here ?", I felt awkward, even though he wasn't looking at me. I didn't know why but my body was behaving so consciously around him. "Hm, I want to ask what you prefer for dinner?", he asked me hesitantly. "Anything is okay.", I immediately said, he was giving me shelter already. I didn't want to stress him more. "How about Gobi manchurian with chapati ( A cauliflower Indian dish )?", he suggested. "Oh! I love that combination.", I said, smiling at him. Trying my
"When you lose every hope and have left nothing but yourself all alone. Then your heart stops expecting eventually and so I did." Happy reading..... "I am so sorry.", I mumbled trying to get up by placing my hands on the floor but the wetness beneath my palms failed as I collapsed on his chest again. This time it was a little hard and fast. I felt my chest compress against his naked chest which caused my eyes to instantly shut and lips apart in sheer embarrassment and fear. The contact made my body all conscious, introducing new sensations to my skin and fire gushed through my veins which I never felt before. I was struggling to take a normal breath as my lungs suddenly ran out of oxygen. It took me a whole minute to push myself back to normal. I looked up at him with shame and nervousness. He blinked his dark eyes as he understood our positions were totally in the wrong way. He held my waist in the attempt of pushing me aside, my body Involuntarily shivered with his mere touch there.
"This is how life is Abhi, just remember people come and go, but you can't give up." Happy reading.... "I know what's this ..", I intertwined his fingers with mine, and held onto his arm with the left one. His fingers perfectly fit against mine. He lifted his thick eye lashes at me and his coffee eyes bored into mine amusingly. I knew what he was thinking right now "I know what it is because I noticed it a while ago when you were adjusting the plaster over it to hide." He broke his contact with me while resuming his work. "Who is she ?", I asked him, wanting to know about it. "It doesn't matter because I have just found out she is in love with another man.", he replied with difficulty. His breath also fastened when he said that. So Abhi is in love with a girl but why is it bothering me to digest? "Do you still love her?", I inquired. I know what he is going to reply but still I am wishing for a no. I don't know what's wrong with my heart, why it's feeling possessive towards hi
"I supposed to stop you from coming closer to me but why am I not finding it wrong Abhi." Happy reading.... "I need you Abhi.", I looked at him expectantly. He was taken aback in shock at what he just heard. I walked towards him and he began to tense up as I watched him looking here and there. I couldn't help but smile at his amusement. "I want to sleep next to you.", I said pointing to his mattress. His coffee gaze met mine ! "Cara you can't sleep here, it would give body pains to you because you are not used to it.", he said, trying to convince me. "Yes but now I need someone's support right now, please. My peace is disturbed.", I mumbled, looking down at my feet. When I felt his warm touch on my shoulder and I looked up at him. "What happened Cara ..did you ..I mean your boyfriend told you something.", he asked me hesitantly. "We had an argument and I am upset about it.", I said again lowering my gaze. I wasn't feeling good really, I needed a hug. "Did he shout at you?",
