KEN POV As I wait for Keegan’s return from the Hall of Records, I cannot help thinking about how grateful I am to have her back and that she remembers us. I always believed this day would come, but now that it’s here it’s more surreal than I have imagined. It was the morning of her twenty-fifth birthday, Keegan awoke with a sigh. Slowly, she managed to fumble around on her bedside table long enough to silence her alarm. Turning and brushing her long, dark auburn-red hair slightly to the side, she makes her way out of the bed and into the kitchen.
