Daphne's POV

Dad apologized to Asher because he couldn't control his temper and beat Asher up. I didn't see that Asher's temples were swollen from the punches my father had thrown. I thought Asher looked down because he was afraid of my father's anger. It turned out that he did it because he didn't want any misunderstanding between me and my father.
