Third person's POV:

As Rachel hurriedly walked down the stairs, she bumped into Amelia who stared at her with a livid expression.

"Come with me this instant!" She ordered while pointing a well-manicured finger at her room and then turned.

After climbing several steps and she saw Leah still transfixed at the spot she left her, Amelia raised her voice. "Do you want my brother or not?"

With those words, Leah yelped and ran up the stairs like a ram who had just found some green grass goodies. Yum Yum.

After taking their respective seats in Amelia's room, and the maid poured hot tea into the grey tea cups, the two women stared at each other as the silence in the room grew deafening.

"I gave your friend a simple task and she failed like a fool" Amelia broke the silence while fanning her face and crinkling her nose in disgust.

Rachel could do nothing but bear the insults with a smile. It was true she and Amelia had set Leah to the task. Learning it backfired in such a big way was defini
