Chapter Five - Ya Messed Up

I was surprised to wake up feeling no pain at all. I guess Six's pills and shower were my solution. I surprised myself even more by being ready by 06:30. I was waiting outside the gate, dressed in blue jeans, a blue and white striped t-shirt, a white leather jacket, my blue Converse boot sneakers, and matching accessories, including a blue scarf.

It was once again chilly, and I could see the leaves starting to change. Fall is officially upon us. The familiar purr of Six's car sounded as he turned into our street. I only then realized that it was a black corvette.

He parked the car before stepping out, dressed once more in all black. He's a walking clichè, but something told me that once I knew everything about him, I wouldn't think so at all. Something told me that while he looks like a cliché, he's a million miles from it. "I see you didn't want me in your room," he commented, that teasing tone I'm not sure about in his voice.
