It was after 8 A.M when I finally reached the corner of the local hospital where Emma A.K.A Sunshine Works, I stayed hidden behind a concrete wall that separated me from the parking lot - my lips pulled into a small smile as my eyes found what they have been searching for - They found Emma- she quietly exited the large rotating Doors that led in and out of the main lobby - She was too focused looking down at her cellphone that she didn’t even notice me standing just an arm’s reach a way of touching the bottom strands of her Chestnut brown hair with my fingertips. A few members of Gary’s pack woken up from the sound of us beating each other senseless. they looked dumbfounded at us as we just laughed it off like nothing ever happened - but one question burned in the back of their minds was “Why?” and there was only one reasonable answer to give them “Because Seth needed to unleash his anger”, I took his blows so no one would have to suffer at his hands and no hunter would have the need to kill him, I dished out whatever he could throw at me - I let myself become his punching bag and I would do it over again a million times - if that meant I ended up with a few broken bones in the process, so be it – what are brothers for? - but what made me even happier was look on Henrys face, it was priceless, he looked irritated as he stood there on the other side of the open hole in his pajama pants glaring back with a thousand daggers slicing us into tiny pieces. I leaned over to Seth quietly whispering in a low voice “Hey, what’s his deal?”
