Rite of War
If you've made it all the way to end of this chapter in Selene's journey, then I hope that you've enjoyed the ride thus far. The next and final chapter of her life "Rite of War" should start posting around December of 2023. The reason that book 3 isn't going to start posting right away is because it's currently just an outline, with a stack of note cards and only a handful of chapters fleshed out, and I'm currently burried under a pile of commisions for my "day job." But it will be coming!

I groaned inwardly as my head throbbed. It was so unfair that werewolves metabolized alcohol so fast that we had to drink way more than a human to get drunk, but we that also meant the dehydration caused a mean hangover. I’d shrugged out of the suit jacket on my way down the stairs, throwing it at Dmitri as he followed me, still chuckling. For the first time ever, I found my way down to the sparring room before Nathan. He wasn’t long behind us though, with Sophie on his heels carrying in some of my work out clothes and a pair of running shoes. “I’m not changing clothes,” I barked, making her flinch. ‘Where the fuck have you been?’ I growled angrily at my other half, not caring that Dmitri could hear the exchange, but also feeling a sense of relief. ‘Dormiam liberos meos et somnia mecum,’ her melodic voice enchanted us, relaxing our minds and bodies until our eyes closed and we were whisked away from the physical world.
