Greater storm

Adriana came out of the room, her hair neatly packed and her eyes has come down, she had just finished the hangover tea, her heart jumped when the first person that came to her view was Miguel, he was paying with her kids.

She cleared her throat announcing her presence, “Err, good morning,” she greeted briefly and went to the kitchen to drop the cup, she came back.

“Morning mummy!” Her kids chorused giggling.

“Hope you slept well?” She asked and they all nod.

“Mummy, Mr Miguel is so nice! He promised to get all of us bicycles, that’s so nice of him!” Scott chipped in with great elasticity.

Adriana let out a nervous smile and looked at Miguel, “Really? T-thank you,” She muttered avoiding his eye contact.

“It’s nothing Adriana,” He simply said and took his suit, he sprang up from his seat and faced the kids, “Kids? I need to leave now, your bicycles will arrive in a day,” He told them.

“Yeahh! Thank you so much, We’d be getting our bicycles finally!” The three of them chorused happily
