Chapter 173: Reconciliation

ELVA'S POV

I seldom sat at the window side, counting all the days it's been without Ruya. He was finally gone and that empty feeling was back there in me once again, it was a feeling of pain and pure relief.

My new wolf — Stephano wasn't a pain in the ass like Ruya and that was exactly what I liked about her. She may seem rude but rather she was lively and we got along well in such a way that even I couldn't describe it.

I got off my feet and left the room deciding to go for a walk round the garden. I've been indoors for quite some time now and now I've subdued the fact that all I needed was just a little outing to get me going.

I decided to let off the guards but they weren't too far off from me either. I just had to have them with me in case of anything and speaking of trouble, that was when I noticed Nolan not too far away.
