The Unexpected

Becky's question was left unanswered. That day James took her back to LA, which confused her, he asked him, but again her question remained unanswered. They landed safely at LAX and continued to James' mansion, which gave Becky a goosebump when she looked at it, recalling the chaotic day when that tragedy happened.

"Okay, that's enough!" Becky stopped her step and snatched away James' hand, which was holding her wrist. "Can you at least tell me what's going on here? Why are you flying to LA when our wedding is just days away?" she raved, her chest heaving. "I know it's a fake wedding, but I don't like that you changed the plan without my approval. I mean, am I that insignificant to you?"

James stopped. He exhaled long and then turned around at her.

"Those media attention is the last thing I wanted to get right now. I'm canceling the wedding at the Plaza. We're moving here," he said firmly.
