Chapter 92

The next day, Aaron called Cersei on the phone on his way to the office, but she didn't pick up. He had a very important meeting, but he was also concerned about Cersei. They were having a nice time that night until he said something that hurt her deeply. He knew he had messed up, but he wanted to apologize and explain himself.

As he entered the meeting room, he couldn't focus on anything except Cersei. He kept checking his phone, hoping for a message from her. He couldn't concentrate on the presentation and felt anxious throughout the meeting.

When the meeting finally ended, Aaron returned to his office, and his assistant updated him on his schedule for the day. Aaron couldn't bear the thought of being away from Cersei any longer. He decided to cancel all his meetings for the day and go see her.

"I can't just sit here and wait for her to call me," Aaron muttered to himself. "I need to go to her."

He rushed out of his office, got into his car, and drove straight to Cersei's apartment.
