“Yes, sir.”

The conversation between master and servant befuddled Sally.

It was just dinner. Why did they make it seem like they were preparing to meet someone?

What are they asking Blair to get ready with?

Half an hour later, when Sally arrived at the so-called Skyhigh Gardens along with Elijah, she finally understood why Ol’ Joe had reacted like that.

Skyhigh Gardens was not the name of a restaurant. It was a hotel’s rooftop.

The hotel had a little more than thirty floors. The building was not tall, but it was not short either. It was just nice when one wanted to enjoy a scenic view of the city.

The safety measures were comprehensive, and the decorations lavish, but there was only one table in sight.
