Chapter 10 Getting Nostalgic

Elissa let out a horrified shriek when a hand pulled her from her behind. "Shh, love it's me" Carson spoke in her ear, assuring her heart at ease. Elissa's heart was still racing. She turned to face and lightly smacked his arm. Carson laughed.

"I was scared" Elissa pouted and crossed her arms over her chest. She turned her face away from him and pretended to be mad. Carson smiled and pulled her closer to him from her waist. Elissa tried to keep a straight face but she couldn't help but smile at the way Carson's eyes gazed at her lovingly. He tilted her chin and leaned closer to give a soft kiss on her rosy lips. Elissa smiled and kissed him back. How could she be mad when he showered so much love on her?
