New Beginnings- Maylee and Dean

The sound of the music vibrates through my body and  bodies pressed up against me along with the intoxicated feeling all combine to create the atmosphere that is new, thrilling and slightly suffocating. Maylee’s POV I dream that I am floating through the air, comfort and ease surrounds me and I sway softly through the brisk night air. I start to wake up, but I do not want to lose this feeling so I force myself to stay in the dream world for a little while longer. My dream turns quickly into a mix of memories and nightmare. I am sitting on my mom’s lap. I feel small inside her arms, she is crying, staring into my eyes; she is so sad, all I want to do is take away her sadness.  My dream warps andI feel a bit older and my hair is longer.
