Chapter 11: The Family Dinner

Gracelyn's POV

I was about to make dinner after taking a shower when Greg texted me to change and meet him below our boarding house. I live on the second floor of the building. I don't know what this is about. I just obeyed and meet him in front of the gate.

" Carlo said I should invite you for dinner. They are having dinner outside and we are invited", he explained.

I just nodded and follow him. After our meeting in their house they became close to me. Carlo even asked my number from Greg. He said Denver always nagged him about it. Denver has been my phonepal since then.

Greg lead me to a fancy restaurant. The family settled near the window.

" Hi guys!", shouted Carlo. Waving at us. We wave back and went in their direction.

" Thank you for inviting me here", I sat on the chair that Greg pulled for me.

"You're family Grace, shall we just call you Grace?", Mrs. Anderson asked.

"Sure ma'am",

She raised her eyebrow," Call me aunt", she said.

I laughed and mimick her.
