Chapter 1

Mila was looking so beautiful with her long French blond hair with her beautiful green tale looking like a mermaid under the sea, she was one of the beautiful mermaid in her world, she was in her room taking care of herself, wearing her jewelries when her boyfriend Martine swim to her in her room looking worried, Mila was happy to see him when she smiled walked closer but she noticed that Martine was not smiling but looking so worried.

“ Martine! Are you alright? You look so worried”she said and Martine looked at her with a sad face.

“ I am sorry Mila” he said and Mila wonders why Martine said he was sorry.

“I am confuse. I don’t understand. What are you talking about?” She asked in fear, she was scared already.

“ It’s your mum” he said and Milan’s heart was already beating fast and she hold Martine’s hand.

“ What is about my mum? What happened to her? Where is she?” She asked in fear, Martine hold her hand and tried to calm her down, Martine still refuse to speak and Mila screamed at him and Martine looked at her.

“ Your mum was captured by the human this morning” he says and tears fell from Mila’s eyes, she could not believe her ears.

“ That is not true. Tell me this isn’t true. My mum can’t be capture by the human” she said, Martine looked at her.

“ It’s true Mila, you have to accept the truth, the only thing we need right now it’s solution on how to bring her back to her world”Martine said still holding Mila’s hand, Mila removed her hand from his and she swim out of her room and Martine went her after her and the rest of the mermaids and her best friend Erica and she had stop all of them from following her she said she wants to be left alone, Mila swim to a calm place under the sea with tears in her eyes.

In the human world, her mother was taking to the museum where humans are watching her that where Mila’s mother was captured.

Isaac Walker was one of the richest and he has a kind heart, he saw on the news on his phone that a mermaid was captured to the museum, he was on a vacation on a yacht when he saw the news and he wish to go to the museum to go see the mermaid and immediately he told the driver of the yacht to turn back that he wants his vacation over, he informed his driver to come pick him up by morning.

Martine and Clara swim to where Mila was alone in a calm place, she was still in tears, Clara and Martine tried to cheer her up but she stop them.

“ I don’t need you both to cheer me up, all I need is solution on how to get my mother out of the human world, I need to bring her back to our world, I don’t know she must be feeling right now or how they are treating her in the human world” she said in tears.

“ I have an idea but I’m not sure if it will work out” Clara said and Mila was ready to listen to Clara’s idea.

“ Tell us and if it’s a good idea, we will all work on it” Martine said.

“ There is a yacht coming to our side and it will reach the end of the sea by morning I was thinking of one of us could go to human world and know what is happening then we can know how to bring back Mila’s mum back to our world” Clara said and Martine yelled at her.

“ What? You must be joking right? You know the human don’t like us, I don’t know what they will do us if another mermaid is been trap. How could say one of to risk the human world when you know one of us is still trap in there” Martine said in anger.

“ That is the only way we can solution and also plan on how to bring her back to our wold but without that there is nothing we can do but keep on thinking and hoping but right now I know that she will still be alive because mermaid is a special thing to the human and we can only act fast now” Clara said and Martine had yelled at her to stop talking.

“ I guess Clara is right Martine” Mila said and Martine stare at her.

“ She is not right because no one among the mermaid will risk their self to go the human world” Martine said in anger.

“ I am not asking anyone to risk their lives to go save my mother after all she is my own mother and I am ready to risk my life to go save her from

The human world, we are all mermaids and we should help ourselves but I could see that we are mostly selfish in our own world whenever a danger happens, we don’t help each other but always hope for the best, I will go the human world by tomorrow morning by that time the yacht would have reach the end of the sea and at least someone will want to rescue me when I am in the human form and no one will stop me not even you Martine” she said in anger.

“ I will come with you Mila” Clara said and Mila smiled and expected the same from her boyfriend but he was mute and she smiled swim closer to Clara and huge her with tears in her eyes.

“ Thank you so much Clara for being in my side but I am sorry you can’t come with me” she said.

“ But why can’t I?” Clara ask.

“ Because this journey I am going on might be journey of no return and I don’t want to put you in danger because you have parents and they still need you” Mila said and they both hug.
