Chapter 62 - Mini Vacation

Tiffany POV

With a wide grin, I scan the living room. The private hut looks more like a luxurious penthouse instead of some bungalow at a resort.

I’m so glad we listened to Kyle and got away for a night. He had promised he could get us the one unit farthest away from the others, which would give us more privacy.

I tighten my grip on my bag and spin around. “This is amazing! I want to come back again some other time when we can spend more time here.”

A hearty chuckle fills the room. Trevor walks in behind me and chimes, “We haven’t been here long enough to know whether we will like it or not. But I must admit it looks amazing so far. I’ll put it on the list of potential places where we can go on vacation together in the future. We probably won’t have enough time this time to see much of it, though. We need to leave tomorrow.”

I sigh and pout. “I wish we had more time. You deserve it.”

He deserves so much more than a night away, but I’ll take whatever we can get.
