A smile immediately grew on my face. I actually forgot it's my birthday today hehe.

"Happy 20th birthday, sweety." Mom came and gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

"Thank you." The smile on my face grew even bigger with everyone's wishes.

"Let me guess, you forgot your own birthday again?" Kev asked while smirking.

"No, I didn't." I pouted.

"Of course you did. Dad doesn't play golf. You should've guessed it from that." He took a sip of his beer.

"Is that why you wanted to jog again?" I asked Lupus. He nodded innocently with a grin. I guess he was also part of the surprise. "Well, thank you everyone."

"Ncaw~ NOW LET'S EAT!" Kev suddenly yelled.

"Yeah!" Dad joined him and they went to get the food from the kitchen. Susan and mom dished up for everyone.

Everyone just talked about random things. Either work or home related things. I'm just happy to be surrounded by people who love me on my special day. Lupus held my hand the entire meal time again.

Then came time to blow the candles.
