Chapter 12
After a long day at office, Chris came home totally exhausted. He was counting the steps to his lovely bed as he was walking towards the main entrance.
He quickly changed his shoes and went to his room in upstairs. All he wanted now was a long and relaxing hot bath and a nice undisturbed heavenly sleep.
Inorder to win this deal, he worked so hard the past two weeks, that he barely had a good night’s sleep these days…So when everything was over all he wanted to do was to catch up to his unfinished business with his soft bed and fluffy pillows. They are long overdue.
But fate was not in his favor… he had to be present in the upcoming party tonight, since it was held in his honor.Also it’s the celebration party for winning the collaboration, so he had to go there to appreciate his fellow partners and investors…
Resigning to his unlucky fate, Chris decided to take a quick nap before going to the party.<
