As I stared into Austin's eyes, I see nothing but darkness. I'm confused. What is he talking about? A tunnel in the restaurant? My silence must have ticked him off because I'm the blink of an eye, he got up off the bed and slapped me.

Both men got behind each other and eventually tried to flank me out on both sides. I was running red lights, hitting speed bumps, and doing all kinds of crazy shit, but I was real glad that my windows were tinted. I heard Alyssa moan out in pain but I couldn't slow down. Today was a busy day. It just so happened to be Valentine's Day and couples were coming in and out. Loved ones sharing this happy day with each other. I was gonna be working double shifts today and tomorrow so I was gonna be on my feet for a long period of hours. But I don't complain, the money's good.

If someone were to ask me if I knew my family was involved in criminal activities, I would've called them stupid.
