Prologue

Eliza's POV;

"Found it yet? "Athena questions as she pops her head to the side of mine, and keeps her gaze keen on my laptop screen.

"No, I Haven't. Just like I hadn't found it when you asked two minutes ago! "I reply, typing furiously at my laptop's keypad.

"Well, hurry up. If we don't watch that movie tonight, this night would be a horrid bore! "She replies with her golden locks falling over my shoulder, and I roll my eyes.

"I really don't get you, Athena! What's the point of searching for a dubbed movie, when the real one would be out next week? " I question in frustration as I run through sites, and sites, in search of the new movie Athena has been going on about.

"Oh, you silly! I want to watch that movie now! It's so cool, and I don't want to have to wait the whole weekend before seeing it.

I hate when those who've watched in cinemas keep talking about it and spoiling the whole thing for me. I wanna watch it too! "She exclaims, and I roll my eyes.

"It's just two days, Athena! Wait till Monday! I won't forgive you if my system catches a virus from all these illegal sites! "I note, and she scoffs.

" Oh, stop being a cry baby. Just help me! "She exclaims, and I roll my eyes!

I stop scrolling when I finally find a dubbed version of the movie that seems good enough to watch.

" Come check this one out! "I say, and she rushes over to me. She stares intensely at my screen for a few seconds and smiles.

" Yes! Yes! This will do, Eliza! D******d it! "She exclaims, and I shake my head at her before tapping the d******d button.

It soon begins to d******d, when a notification pops up on my screen.

I stare blankly at the pop-up, and Athena swipes it off my screen.

"Silly scammers. Do they really think people in this century still fall for such scams!? " She questions and I look up at her.

She stares at me,

"What? " She questions and I laugh nervously.

"Nothing. " I reply, and she nods. I turn back to my screen and see that 50% of the movie has been downloaded.

"Girls, mom's calling you downstairs. Dinner is ready! "My big brother yells from outside the room, and I look up at Athena only to find her smiling sheepishly.

She's had a crush on my big brother for God knows how long.

" Coming! "She calls back as she dashes out of the room, and I shake my head at her.

I get up, set my chair right, and just when I make to leave, a pop-up comes up again.

The same one as before.

I swipe it off and stare blankly at my computer.

"Eliza! "Athena comes back to call me with a questioning look.

"You coming? "She questions and I nod as I take off my glasses.

"Yeah... Sure. " I reply as I place my glasses on the table. I stare back at my system and see that 70% of the movie has been downloaded.

I take a deep breath and shut the door of my room after stepping out and walking down the stairs with Athena.
