Chapter 72

RAMIREZ’S POV

"Werewolf pack of Hamattain pack!" I shouted at the top of my voice, and they all responded with cheers, raising their fists.

"Tonight we stand firm!" I repeated as they chorused after me, "We stand firm!"

"Tonight, we can't be shaken!" they shouted, "Yes!"

"We are not scared of the werewolf witch," I added.

"Because tonight's victory is ours!" I shouted as they all echoed. We marched down to Alicia's stepmother's abode. It was time to kill the villain who had threatened us all, the one who had killed my mate. I knew that with her gone, the coming generation would know peace.

It took us a day and one night to arrive at our destination. What I saw amazed me. It was as if she had been waiting for our arrival. I saw Kael, my son, standing beside her, a wicked smile on his face. I was quite sure he couldn't recognize me.

"Kael!" Leo shouted as he was about to approach him, but I pulled him back.

"He's not your brother anymore. That is the beast that will destroy the world".
