I notice a timer on the handcuff that slower ticks before finally releasing, along with the metal door that clunked and clicked as it slowly opened. “Contestants, food and drinks will be served in the dining area,” the robotic voice booms through the speaker. As soon as my wrist is free, I jump off of the bed, rushing for the door to find Gemma and Megan standing unnerved in the hall.
