Chapter 3

Kenzi, who felt bored at home, chose to go out for a walk. Because he often comes here, he knows where to eat and where to go.

He took out Darren's Aston Martin car; he wanted to breathe fresh French air with the roof open.

Black jeans, a sleeveless shirt, and a hat made the man's muscles pop perfectly. Make women who see it as if hypnotized. Kenzi is a bit selfish and knows how to be adored by women.

"You woman! Can't see the muscular ones; their eyes will be averted." He rambled on to himself until he didn't focus on the road before him.

"Kenra, don't run...!"

Brak

The girl's body with two braids bounced off because she was hit by the car's front side driven by Kenzi.

At this time, the children's school schedule came home; they were waiting for the bus to pick them up until Kenra, who didn't realize that a car was approaching, ran over to Petra.

"Kenra, Kenra! Get up!" Petra looked panicked; she immediately embraced a tiny body already unconscious. He was crying.

Meanwhile, Kenzi, who had gotten out of his car, looked in shock, unable to believe he had just hit a small child about to cross the road.

From the crowd of children, a teacher appeared and immediately shouted.

"Quickly take him to the hospital!"

Petra woke up and lifted Kenra's body as fast as she could.

"Get in this car!" the teacher shouted, seeing Petra looking confused.

Kenzi, who saw the teacher pointing at his car, immediately opened the door. Petra sat behind, and the female teacher sat beside the wheel.

Kenzi immediately got on and ran the car to the nearest hospital. There was no denying he was feeling bad right now.

Arriving at the hospital, Kenra was immediately treated by a doctor.

"Mr Petra, please call his mommy; I forgot to bring my cell phone," said the teacher when he realized no such thing was in his bag.

Petra nodded, then reached for her cell phone and immediately called Ralin.

"Miss Raline!" Victoria smiled at her table, not forgetting the two thumbs up she gave Ralin, "I was afraid that Mr Darren would reject your design."

"I also thought like that," Ralin replied, smiling.

They became close friends quickly, even though Ralin had only worked for this company for a week.

A moment later, Ralin's face turned sad.

"Hey, you should be happy. Isn't this your dream, to be able to work at a well-known company?" said Victoria.

"I just didn't think, maybe this is part of my daughter's prayer. Ah, I miss her so much." Ralin's memory was thrown at Kenra. Indeed by this time, her daughter had returned to Grandma Rose's house. He thought.

"She must be beautiful like you; I can't wait to meet her; how about we hang out this weekend?"

"Great idea." Ralin agreed, "I also want him to know my friends," he continued until the ringing call distracted him.

"Petra"

"Ralin, I'll go first; see you at lunch!" Victoria left her when Ralin had not yet answered her friend's call.

"Hello, Pet! Don't tell me Kenra is throwing a tantrum again?" Ralin immediately guessed why Petra had contacted him. Kenra is sometimes naughty.

"Ralin, Kenra had an accident and is now in the hospital," Petra said, trying to be as calm as possible.

Ralin's breath seemed to stop in his throat until then; his tears had just escaped.

"Come quickly, he, still being examined by the doctor!" Petra asked.

Ralin immediately pocketed his cell phone, grabbed his bag and left the room, and went up to the fifth floor where the CEO and Victoria's room and the company's top officials were located.

Huh huh huh

He looked out of breath when he arrived at Victoria's room; the girl looked at him in surprise.

"Please-please tell Mr Darren I'm sorry!" Ralin said quickly.

"Master Darren is out; I'll call him soon." Instead of asking what was wrong, Victoria immediately dialled Darren's number.

"No answer," he said with a look on his face, "what happened, Ralin?"

"My daughter is in the hospital," she said, crying again.

Victoria covered her mouth in disbelief; they had just talked about the child.

"I'm going; please pass it on to Master Darren!" Ralin said again. Victoria nodded in approval.

Ralin immediately left, lucky there was a taxi that happened to be taking someone to the company. Ralin immediately climbed him to the hospital.

It was seen by Darren, who had just returned from outside; he looked at Ralin's departure, which seemed in a hurry.

In the hospital

Kenzi just got a call from her Aunt, Darren's mother. The woman asked to be escorted to the meeting because the driver was on leave.

Kenzi approached the female teacher.

"Excuse me, I hit the victim earlier," Kenzi said, admitting his mistake, "I have to leave immediately, but I will be responsible. For medical expenses, you can contact me at this number." Just as the teacher was about to take Kenzi's name card, suddenly Petra appeared and...

Bugh Bugh

"Bastard! You don't use your eyes when you drive a car," he cursed.

Bugh Bugh

"Hey, stop! This is a hospital," screamed the doctor who had treated Kenra earlier.

Petra let go of her hand on Kenzi's collar while the man bent down and grinned, touching the corner of his bleeding lip. Four times Petra punched him in the face.

"Doctor, how is he?" asked the teacher after the two men were silent.

The doctor sighed, "His right hand has a broken bone; the rest is just an abrasion on the outside; he isn't conscious yet." The doctor told Kenra's condition.

Petra punched the hospital wall, annoyed that she couldn't hold Kenra as she crossed the street.

After Petra and the teacher left, Kenzi spoke to the doctor regarding the child's medical expenses; he would be fully responsible. Kenzi gave him another business card.

The doctor nodded, "I will talk to the victim's family," he said.

"Thanks, Doc! Excuse me!" Kenzi couldn't wait any longer; he promised to visit the child tomorrow.

Just as Kenzi's car left the hospital yard, Ralin's taxi arrived. The woman then paid the taxi fare and immediately ran inside.

"Patient, child," said Ralin to the receptionist. I was so panicked that the question was not complete.

"Flowers kindergartner?" Luckily the receptionist understood.

"Yes, yes," he said quickly.

"Please, Miss, walk straight, then turn left, Apple Room number five."

Ralin thanked him and immediately followed the receptionist's instructions; it was easy to find his room.

Check

"Dear Kenra!" Ralin rushed over to the princess, who was still closed; she ignored Petra and her teacher. He hugged her for a moment and then kissed her cheek.

"Why did Kenra have an accident, Miss?" Ralin turned his body to face his daughter's friend and teacher.

"Kenra ran when she wanted to cross without seeing a car going by," explained the teacher.

"It's my fault I couldn't hold Kenra back then." Petra joined in.

"Mr Petra, it's not good to blame yourself. This has happened; you better think about Kenra's recovery." The teacher disagreed with Petra, who felt guilty.

Ralin agreed with the teacher's opinion.

Both of them said goodbye leaving Ralin and Kenra inside. It's been twenty minutes, but Kenra hasn't opened her eyes yet, making Ralin even more worried.

The door was opened from the outside, and the doctor who treated Kenra came in with other doctors.

"Doctor, I am the mother; how is my daughter?" Ralin immediately asked.

"Oh, what a coincidence," said the doctor, "Look, Madam, the patient's right hand has a fracture," said the doctor.

Ralin covered his mouth and could not believe his eyes were diverted back to Kenranya.

"This doctor will help your daughter recover," continued the female doctor.

"Mom!"

A call from Kenra made Ralin aware, who had been daydreaming after learning about his daughter's condition.

"Yes, dear!" Ralin then approached his daughter, crying.

The toddler cried and then hugged Ralin's hand, which made the doctor discourage him, but Kenra screamed; his hand hurt a lot.

"Mommy, Ken is afraid of injections," he said later.

"Uh, the doctor didn't inject; I just wanted to check Kenra's wound, honey," Ralin coaxed, and the doctor nodded.

"Right, Aunt Doctor?" Kenra asked reassuringly, looking at the doctor with her moist eyes.

The doctor was so excited made him; he nodded and smiled. Only then did Kenra let go of her mother's link? The doctor again examined him freely.

After ensuring there were no other injuries, the orthopaedic doctor examined Kenra's hands.

"Mommy hurts!" he said softly, making Ralin hug him back, "Why is Kenra's hand, Mom?" he asked.

"Kenra's hand hurts, dear; Uncle Doctor can heal it," Ralin answered patiently.

"So Ken can't write and eat? Aww, it hurts!" she screamed as the doctor touched her hand again.

"You can, after being treated by Uncle Doctor," said Ralin, "hold on a bit, okay?" Ralin asked for his son's understanding, even though he couldn't bear to see it.

Done with the hands, the male doctor excused himself; now, only the doctor who treats Kenra is left. He asked Kenra to speak.

"Doctor, how much will my daughter's treatment cost until she recovers?" Ralin asked that to prepare for the possibility.

The doctor squinted; Ralin should have asked who hit his daughter and held him accountable. He also handed Kenzi's business card to Ralin. "The master ordered he will bear Miss Kendra's treatment until she recovers," said the doctor. He reached into his jacket pocket to take the business card Kenzi gave him. "Here is the business card; maybe Mrs Ralin wants to contact him," he continued while holding out the rectangular paper.

Ralin received the business card. The doctor immediately left him.

Ralin immediately turned over the card and was very surprised to see the name printed on it.

"Kenzi Allen!"
