I jumped on the bed and bounced once before sinking into the cool and fluffy sheets.

I groaned and stretched. As I laid there trying my best not to think of everything that happened today, I realized that there was an ache in my belly, it was hunger.

I didn't want to go down and ask for food, Gabriel had asked me to say something and I refused. He did not force me, I suppose that he would stop forcing me to do things.

The urge to eat something defeated me and I slid from the bed and went out. To my surprise, Wayne was in the living room. He had been gone from the island days ago.
