I lost the challenge and my title was handed over to Marco. I had to control myself after that because he marked my mate as soon as he assumed the throne. I was planning on getting her back and everything that he took from me, but I had no one to back me up. Everyone was siding with my father although they didn’t like Marco, but for the simple reason that he was not the first born. I tried to gather some alliances within the palace but I failed. They believed Marco and after a few more weeks he already had their loyalty. I lay low before I left the palace. I became a rogue and even if I was alone, no one dared to get their hands on me since they felt that I am strong.

Driven by my anger, I tried to gain alliances outside the palace. I managed to get a spy inside and he reported everything to me. I didn’t know that I would be able to get his support though. I didn’t know why he decided to help me as well. But I am thankful that he did, because if not for him, I wouldn’t
