some discoveries

For the past few days, Cole has been kind of walking around on egg shells. It's like he doesn't know how to act towards me.

So I decided to lighten things up. He was working in his office so I prepared him a meal and set the table. I went to his office to let him know. I knocked and when he told me to enter.

"Dinner is ready." I said by the door.

"Okay I will be there shortly."

I stood there looking at him, he was so focused on his laptop. He lifted his eyes to look at me. "Did I forget to do something."

I didn't answer,I just walked towards him and he moved his chair back following my movements. I sat on his lap and ran my hand in his hair. He closed his eyes while humming in satisfaction. He also wrapped one hand around my waist and one rested on my belly.

"You've been moving on egg shells around me. Did you change your mind about us?"
