MILO'S POV
LINDY'S POV I was panting when I finally reached outside Nando’s and I honestly do not know how to tell my mom and dad that I lost my phone. I’ll be seriously grounded. I paused and took some deep breaths when suddenly this white van that was who was leaving accidentally splashed a whole lot of muddy water at my while it leaves Nando’s speedily. I gaped as I stare at myself looking all dirty and wet. Uck! This is so disgusting."Hey!" I called out to the speeding van but it didn’t bother stopping to even say sorry.Asshole. I see groups of photographers leaving the lot while they were talking to each other and some young girls crying saying that they lost the opportunity to capture him. Him? Who's him? What the hell just happened here? Was someone kidnapped in that van? I worried as I stare at everyone with terribly sad faces/ They looked like someone died.“Where you able to snag a photo?” A girl ask.“I was not able to. But did you see how he hugged that waitress? She’s so luck
LINDYI quickly stopped myself from yawning when I heard a man’s voice on the other line who spoke to me with really thick accent. It was a guy with a very deep and manly voice that almost sounded as if he was sleepy or just woke up from his sleep. I don't know anyone, moreover any man, by this voice because not much men would even call me this late nor would just call me on my phone. The male's voice was deep, raspy and sort of a little bit familiar that I might have heard it somewhere before. In the first place, why would he call me this late?"Yeah. Obviously." I answered angrily with a low voice. I yawned for more but silently as I wait for him to say anything else. "Well…” He trails off and his tone of voice was almost auto-erotic to listen to. “I'm most definitely sorry for that." He speaks a longer sentence and I have never heard any man’s voice this sexy.Shit. That was hot. No doubt about it and his thick accent just makes him sound more soothing to listen to. Is he Briti
NARRATOR'S POV "How in the world did we swap phones?" Lindy exclaims over the line sounding like it was the end of the world when she does not even have any single idea how many girls would want to be in her shoes right now. Firstly, Milo Beckett called her. Secondly, she is talking to Milo Beckett. Thirdly, she swapped phones with Milo Beckett. And most importantly, she is still going to be talking more often with Milo freaking Beckett. She pulled herself out from her bed rapidly and begins to walk to and fro across her bedroom with her palm pressed against her forehead. She kept on thinking of ways on how the hell they swapped phones but she could only think about Nando’s. “Nando’s is the root of all evil.” She says over the phone making Milo laugh. “This is seriously not a funny thing to laugh about!”Milo presses his lips together as he push his hair off his forehead, “I’m sorry. It’s just that you sound...” He trailed off.“I sound what?” Lindy quickly asked snappily.“You s
"How can I be so careless? I've never been careless! How in the world did I have his phone instead of mine? How can I be in such a bad luck?" She mumbled to herself. She groans as she lays over her bed. "Even the thought of him touching my phone makes me hate him! Even more when he calls me babe!" She pulled her blanket and placed his phone down on the drawer beside her bed and fell back to sleep. On the other hand, Milo grabbed his little notebook out and his pen since he had words that popped into his head out of nowhere that he didn’t want to forget so he wrote it down as fast as he could before it disappears.Making little conversations so long I’ve been waiting so let go of myself and feel aliveAs soon as Lindy heard her alarm clock go crazy, she hurriedly turned it off and pulled herself out from the mattress. It was already six in the morning and she realized that she hasn't had enough sleep because of her constant thoughts on her swapped phones with a male stranger. She s
Mill: I really like how gutsy you are calling me name. Now be nice babe because it's just a button away ;) Lindy got so pissed at Mill that she didn’t want to respond anymore and ignore him. She had this whole new image of the man that got his phone. She grabbed her bag and walked out of the cafeteria feeling angry at how arrogant and maniacal Mill was. Teasing Milo was still enjoying poking fun and nasty jokes at poo Lindy who was not very much fond of it. Unlike all the other women he got used to jesting around with his nasty jokes, Lindy was not such a fan of it all.Lindy: I already told you to stop giving me pet names!! Can’t you understand English???Mill; I can call you any name I want. You're always this uptight? God Lindy. Loosen up a little. I’m just having fun.Lindy: Well I am not having fun you maniac! And how can I loosen up when I'm texting with a pervert? BTW to complete strangers, I am uptight! ”The names keep coming I see.” Milo says to himself. “Well touche, I
"MOM!" Lindy exclaimed intentionally. "Why do you seem so frantic? Is everything alright?" "I'm really really going to kill you if I'll see you Mill." She thought to herself. "Mom? Whoa, hey babe. It's--" "I-I-I'm in the middle of the class right now, MOM." She cuts Mill off. "I am taking my physics exam." Milo laughs. "Ohh! “ She exclaims. “So you are in the middle of trouble right now? And you're acting your way out of it? You should be nominated for Grammy’s. Your acting is so smooth. I really didn't know you could act babe." Milo said while grinning, taking a bite on the banana. "Do you want my phone to get confiscated...MOM?" She mocked. Milo gapes. "Oh shit.”“Yeah, oh shit. I’m going to sent to detention later because of you!” Lindy mentally answers Milo .“Talk to you later.” Milo was quick to add. “Good luck on your acting. Please don't let my phone get confiscated or I will really send nudes." Lindy sighed. "I won't. Bye mom." Lindy hangs up. She slips her phone
Milo sits over his chair and stares at the lyrics which he wrote down on his notebook while they were on the plane heading back to England. They were words that popped out into his head and now he’s stuck with these words and wants to put more in it.He poured himself a glass of wine as he puts his notebook down while grabbing his phone from the counter. He’s noticed that Lindy has texted yet and he has been wondering how she might look like after hearing her adorable sweet voice over the phone the first time he called her.“Let’s snoop a little. A little won’t hurt.” Milo convinces himself as he goes through Lindy’s gallery for the first time after swapping phones. He goes through a few images of Lindy’s pet dog Barker that had a collar around its neck which was a huge German Shepherd. Lindy had photos of beautiful cloud formation, sunsets from her bedroom window and photos of a few animated socks that she bought months ago. Milo smirks as he stares at the random photos on the gal
"Nope." She said popping the letter p while she was changing the channel and decided to watch National Geographic instead.“What?!” Milo exclaims aloud which surprised Lindy. He clears his throat, “I mean, why not?”"I just don't like those guys." "Really? Why?" Mill asked her again, almost in shock to hear that she does not like them. “You must have a reason why you don’t like them. You don’t like the way they dress? Their music? Or their faces? Are they too ugly for you? Not your type? What? Why don’t you like them?”Lindy paused and found it weird to be asked by a man why she does not like Spitfire Strip. "I'm just not a fan. It has nothing to do with their clothes or faces." "Exactly why you're not a fan? I mean, most teenage girls like you are suppose to be crazy about them. They’re like the biggest band of all time!" Milo stands from his couch and walks to and fro waiting for her response. Lindy laughs humorlessly. "Just because I'm a teenager doesn't mean I need to be fan
