On the way to the reception hall, I was silent again. Vren on the other hand was busy talking to someone over the phone while driving the car. Though I couldn’t clearly hear what they were talking about, I assumed it was about business because he mentioned the word ‘cancelled’. Maybe it was a meeting he cancelled.
