Chapter 84 Fredric Bailey

Fredric Bailey was a good looking man in his late forties. His hair had the light ouch of grayish color yet the way he was walking and his erect posture made him look younger. He was wearing a dark gray suit and a walking cane, that was an accessory rather than something he needed for walking.
