Patrick’s POV

          Mantus and I were about to enter the house, but we stopped when we saw its gate was locked. “The gate is locked,” I said to him. So, he irritably looked at me.

          “Do something! Why are you always telling me what happens?!” He angrily said to me. So, I looked at our surroundings to find who could help us.

          A few seconds later, I saw an elderly walking. So, I talked to the elder, “Hello, ma’am. Do you know who is living in that house?” I asked her. Then, I pointed at the house in front of us.

          “No one is living there. The house has been abandoned for a long time—” she did not manage to continue to speak when Mantus started to talk to her.
