Michael POV:
I had hoped Ash’s present would be done by the time we got done with dinner, but derrick's mind linked me that it wouldn’t be done till later today. We stayed the night on the boat last night, but how will I keep her busy today. Just as I was thinking of a way to keep her busy, the silence of the new dawn was broken by Ash’s moan. I wonder what she’s dreaming about. Her heart rate is even, so I know she’s still fast asleep.
Pulling the covers to look at her naked body reminded me of what we did last night.
*Flashback*
Soft jazz played to the hum of the water around us. The red blood moon is hovering above us. Ash looked so beautiful. I left soft kisses from her cheek down to her shoulder. I could feel the electric sparks from the mate bond pulling us to each other. Murdock is howling in my head.
‘Chill Murdock we can’t mark and mate her yet.’
