Hours had gone by and there was still no news about Brianna and the baby, Fernanda begun to feel her blood pressure rising and her heart rate increased. The last time a nurse came to check her vitals she told her that if it was not going to be get under control she would lose a lot of blood and die, that scared her a lot but it did nothing because she was still obsessing over the kidnapping. And who could blame her.
Her breasts hurt every hour due to them getting filled up, but the milk did not start to come out so it gave her a mild fever.
Her head was pounding from all the crying and she refused to eat a single thing since the baby went missing, Gavin would call to keep her updated of his movements and talk her into eating.
"Mi amor, can you please eat. You need your energy, you heard what the nurse said", he insisted with her.
"Yah I will", she said before cutting the call and did the exact opposite.
She felt that if she ate she would just throw
Gavin’s mother arrived at the hospital and was at receptionist asking about if she could go in and see her daughter in law, just as she was about to get a go ahead, Stacey walked past behind her and realized who was standing at the reception.“Hi Mildred, good to see you again. I was just getting some hot food for Fernanda, we can go together if you like”, she said.Mildred then picked up her bag and a warmer she had brought from home with a nice hot chicken soup for Fernanda, after receiving the terrible news about the baby from Gavin she had to come and comfort her by any means possible.“Thank you dear, how is she doing?”, Mildred asked after she nodded to the nurse to thank her and turned back to Stacey.Stacey gave an unsure look and led her into the room where Fernanda just stared out the window lost in thoughts and tears that fell without her knowing, her energy was so low that she did not even hear when both Stacey and Gavin’s mother walked in.
Fernanda’s head was buried in her hands as she cried bitterly after listening to the commotion on the other side of the phone, she dropped her phone after Brianna cut while trying to hold her baby.Fernanda couldn’t take it and got up from her bed to start changing again,“That’s it, I’m going to get my baby. I won’t let Brianna bring me down like this”.Stacey and Mildred got up from their sits to try and stop Fernanda from leaving and causing herself more harm, she was already weak due to the intense loss of blood so she was even slow in her steps.Stacey made it her mission to hold the clothes she was trying to wear away from her as Mildred went around to try and calm her down.“Mija please sit down, you can’t do anything in your state. We need to stay here and be patient, don’t you trust your husband?”, she asked her.Fernanda paused in her steps and looked at her mother i
Fernanda wondered why Gavin thought it was a right time to joke around and then decided not to pay mind to what he said, but the man that stood next to him seemed to be very happy to see Fernanda despite having never met her before, she looked at him as he approached her to extend a warm hand shake and officially introduce himself.“Hi Fernanda, it is nice to finally meet you. My name is Jorge, your elder brother”, he said.Fernanda was now curious after that introduction, how could someone out of nowhere just declare he’s her brother? She gave him an unsure look but returned the hand shake, she looked at Gavin who was not in the least convinced either. But she decided to entertain it and listen to what Jorge had to say.Mildred woke up from her short nap and saw the man standing next to Gavin and heard when he said brother,“brother? Gavin what is going on?”, she asked while also giving Fernanda a puzzled look.Fernan
After days of recovery, nurses and doctors, and drama, Fernanda was finally going home. Her doctor came to give her all the results of her tests and assured her that the baby was healthy and ready to go home, a farewell rally was done for her as she left with her baby in a wheelchair and being pushed by Gavin. All the nurses and doctors lined up outside the hospital to see her off with flowers, gifts and words of encouragement. She felt so good that she was leaving but she was going to miss them all, the love and support she had from them made it all less of an uncomfortable situation for her.“You’re going to miss them huh mi amor”, Gavin asked her as he rested their daughter on Fernanda’s lap in the back seat.“Yah I will…... But I miss home more”, she smiled at him.Gavin chuckled and agreed, it was a little too much for him as well. Watching her suffer the way she did was breaking his heart, all he was thinki
A week had gone by and Gavin’s mother, Gavin himself and Fernanda were enjoying a nice meal prepared by Fernanda. She cooked an amazing chicken spaghetti casserole, the fragrance filled the room and Gavin could not help but to keep entering the kitchen to try and steal a bite.He walked around with Generosa who had been restless for days due to stomach upsets so walking around with her was the only solution to stop her from crying, Gavin left all his managers in charge for the next few weeks to be with Fernanda until she fully recovered and help her out with the baby despite his mother being there.“Mija that smells delicious”,Mildred said as she came into the living area from doing some shopping for the house. She washed her hands quick and walked over to Gavin to give him a kiss on the cheek and took Generosa from him.“Mama don’t you want to rest first?”, he tried to refuse.“Nonsense mijo, I’ll r
Six months went by, Gavin's Mother left to go back to her home in Spain, Jorge came back to visit Fernanda for a few days before leaving again, Generosa was on all fours crawling around the house and sitting and Fernanda was having a bad hair day on the day of her best friend's wedding.Stacey had announced that she was getting married back in Vegas where everyone she knew and loved were, Fernanda's usual program of sending flowers to her doubled to congratulate her friend on her big day."Mi amor you look fine", Gavin tried to convince his wife who had a brush in her hair for the hundredth time since she got out of the shower."You have no idea what I'm going through, and you're just saying that to make me hurry up", she hissed at him."Is it working?", Gavin asked jokingly.Fernanda gave him a dead look that gave him the shiver and then looked back to the mirror to finish up with her hair."I'll just move back slowly", he said as he took steps b
Disclaimer.Just a disclaimer, I'm not too good with grammar, I've had tons of complaint about it and I correct where I can. But the story is good, I hope it captures you as much as it captured me. EnjoyPrologueGavin pulled Fernanda back in response to her stubborn answer, wrapped his arms around her thin waist.“Why did you come all the way up with me?”, he looked her straight in the eyes and lowered his lips on hers like his life depended on it.Fernanda, taken by surprise, could not resist the heat his arms and lips emitted on her already captured body. Her eyes remained wide open as he feasted on her lips for a good ten seconds, her body finally gave in to the tower of pleasure of a man and returned his kisses. She run her hands through his silk dark hair and pulled him in closer as they begun to sink in deep pleasure.Clothes begun to fly and drop as their lips connected like opposite magnets, Gavin pulled
Fernanda Montenegro was a senior student at High heights college, going through her last year as an anthropologist. She had the funds to pay her college fees for four years straight when her parents were alive, but with their sudden death in a tragic road accident, Fernanda had no means to do so. Her scholarship was valid for two years only and working to pay off her tuition fees was not enough to cover even half of it, she needed another way, she thought of something that could work; a condemned way by society, but if her parents were alive they would dishonor her the minute they knew.Fernanda grew up in a highly respectable house hold, being the only child meant both her parents had enough time to train her. Her father was a world famous doctor, known for his perfect record of successful surgeries, not one went wrong.
