Chapter 18

Morning came faster than every other day, the frown on my face clearly made everyone stay away from me including Aunty and the nuisance she calls children. I had slept for only three hours and that wasn't enough for me at all.

It was true that I had come home late from the club but if I had slept at exactly 1 am when I had stepped into the house, it wouldn't have been a problem. The problem was that the bastard had sent that text message that made me lose my sleep.

My eyes refused to catch any sleep, I stayed awake thinking of him till 4 am! It was enough for me to be pissed.

And I had to leave early today because I had gone late to work the previous day which angered my boss so much. I didn't want to take that risk today. Anna was still sleeping when I left the house.

When I got out of the house, the frown on my face only deepened. There was a car in front of my house. No wonder Aunty and her children looked at me with keen eyes when I was leaving just now.

I had totally forgott
