The next time I woke up, it was to the door opening. I opened an eye to see who had stepped in only to see Mr Lance in front of me.

I jumped off the bed,

“What the fuck are you doing here?” I yelled and he hissed before shaking his head. He walked towards me while I only went deeper behind me pressing my back to the bedrest.

“Are you hiding from me, Red?” His gaze was murderous, dangerous. I shook my head,

“Of course not. Why would I hide from you? Do I look like a scaredy cat?”

He nodded as he came to sit before me on the bed, his hand came to my hair and he began to caress it.

“Yes, honey. You do look like one right now. Why are you scared of me? I told you you were in danger and I helped you get rid of one of the sources of your danger. You should be grateful to me,” he pressed and I slapped his hand away in anger.

“How dare you think that killing someone, a colleague of mine, is getting rid of a source of danger? Judith was my friend”
