Familiar

A sigh escaped my mouth. I've been looking at the unread messages from daddy and sister Brit for a while now. I didn't read their messages nor did I even open the inbox. I don't know if my sister is still in the country or has already left, but I don't want to see her right now. I don't want her to know about my condition. She sure will be disappointed.

Although, I highly doubt she'd judge me. I'd known her since I was a kid to already know how understanding she could be. She'd be shocked and disappointed in me for a couple of days but she will come to check on me after she recovers.

But... I don't want to drag her into my mess. He is also going through something right now and I don't want to add more. I'm sure if they find out about my pregnancy now, my sister and mom will get into another argument because my sister will defend me again.
