Chapter 31

After spending some time with James, Amanda decided to return to her room to rest for the day.

Coming outside the room, she saw Eric standing at the door. He had been listening to their conversation which surprised Amanda, she swallowed hard and Eric only smiled at her.

"When did you get here?" Amanda asked him with surprise written all over her face.

She wasn't expecting him to come back this quickly from wherever he went earlier which surprised her.

"Not quite long," Eric replied with a smile which she returned.

He didn't even hesitate to walk into James' room, he kissed him and came out immediately which left James speechless just like Amanda, she peeped into James' room and their eyes met, she smiled at him before giving him a wink.

They stood looking at each other for some time before Eric decided to invite her into his study. So they could discuss what she and James were actually talking about.
