His Responsibility

As the dawn broke, the morning arrived in all its glorious splendor, painting the sky with hues of gentle light.

Emma awoke to the melodic chirping of birds, a sweet symphony that oddly enough managed to calm her down, telling her that the night was gone. She turned around, relishing the comfort of the duvet and the gentle caress of the silk sheets that teased her bare skin. The softness felt so foreign.
