CHAPTER 44 - ONLY HERS

Ahaana's POV:

I didn't know how many hours I spent sitting on that bench recalling everything Ms. Sera said. And all I want to do now is see him. I stood up forgetting the notebooks that were on my lap and they fell down on the ground. I was going to pick those up when I saw a folded paper that was trying to escape from that notebook because of the air. Seeing that paper, I remembered Vincenzo's letter that was still under my pillow. I didn't get the guts to read that then but now my heart wants to read that and all I did was run towards the quarters with all my might.

Rushing into my room like crazy, I went near the bed with slow steps cause of the fear that started creeping inside me. What if he wrote that he doesn't love me now? But, Ms. Sera's words somehow gave strength to me and I took that letter in my shaking hands. My legs are already feeling like jelly and I know I might fall if I read this while standing. So, sitting on the bed I opened his letter and started to read whi
