I resisted as best I could, but the strength seemed to have disappeared, and all I was able to do was yell and curse at the bastard who squeezed my hands in a steel vise.

Defalco twisted my arm so that sparks came out of my eyes from the pain, and then slammed my head against the wall. My mind went haywire, and I would have collapsed to the floor if he hadn't continued to drag me down the corridor.

The design on the stupid wallpaper swirled before my eyes, dancing in strange zigzags. It looks like flowers
