Jenna's Introduction

Sometimes, a story feels so surreal, you have to write it down to prove to yourself it actually happened. When you see the choices you made and the people you met staring back at you from the page, something stirs in your mind. The memories become more distinct and the faces become clearer until you can't doubt the truth any longer.

Maybe that is what I'm doing, trying to prove to myself that where I am right now is due to a series of bizarre and unusual events—that somehow were linked together by a completely normal desire. It sounds crazy, doesn't it? 

What am I saying? You don't know what happened. You don't know how I, Jenna Phillips, a regular modern girl, found a secret no one wanted to tell and a truth no one wanted to hear. I still don't know how it happened myself. Maybe writing this will help me sort through my memories.
