A NORMAL DAY 2

After the accident with his mother he withdrew from everyone, particularly her because she always wanted him to use his powers. To at least have some sort of control over them, he had shut down and focused more on building himself physically, but she knew physical strength wouldn’t be enough to satiate him.

Nana sighed, she knew he would learn eventually. Hopefully when it’s not too late

“Go and check on her. Take a shower then come down for breakfast.” Nana instructed him. Xavier wiped his hands on a towel and went up the stairs.

He stopped in front of the door and knocked. There was no answer. He knocked again, a little louder in case she was still in the bathroom and she couldn’t hear. He was met with silence. His heart beat impulsively quickened, he couldn’t help worrying if something had happened to her. Xavier opened the door, he raced to the bathroom and searched frantically. He left the bathroom, and as he was about to call her name he noticed her sleeping on a chair.
