That night, Jessica couldn't sleep and continuously rolled on her bed with her head filled with what Jayden told her before leaving his room. She thought of the possible things he would likely ask her so she wouldn't be taken off balance.

Just as the doctor was done with her and was clearing up the equipment he used, Eva began approaching them, like she had been waiting for him to be done all this while.
