It happened so fast, that she had no clue if what was happening was a dream or reality. She was walking through the beautiful lush green forest; her name could be heard being called by a familiar voice. Come here her lovely”Once she had gotten to the green leaves the voice disappeared, and a large black wolf taking stood in the middle of the shaded area. “Rest Morana. I will take care of us.” Those words from her wolf were the most comforting words she had heard in a while. Her voice was so familiar as she took over their shared body and did something Morana had only dreamt of doing. She escaped the Black Moon pack. Morana’s body laid limb on a foreign surface, it was hard and rough pricking into the still tender skin on her back, stirring gradually she tried to remember when she had falling asleep looking around the dark box. With a rush, the memories of earlier flowed through her mind. Dread ran through her every limb the moment she realized the position she was in; her head hung from the wooden post in the most uncomfortable way, something had been pushed against her throat making it difficult to breath, she assumed the lack of oxygen was the cause of her waking. Morana couldn't feel her arms or legs anymore, she found herself struggling to move them, her body was asleep but her mind kept focused and wide awake. Everything was dark, so dark, but that was not what bothered Morana. Her real issue was with the pain, Morana could not understand why she felt pain all over her body especially when she was supposed to be dead. “Why do I still feel pain? By the time Morana woke up again, there was no tube connected to her mouth. The beeping was lower than before but the pain was still there. She tried to control herself from wincing , slowly opening her eyes.Everything was in a haze as her eyes adjusted to the light. The first thing she saw was a tall box beside her, a green line moving up and down. Looking down, Morana could see something clipping her finger and tubes were stuck in her arm. Then, she had a looked around, noticing she was in a white room, with a thin blanket rested over her legs and stomach. Even though two sheets were under the blanket it she was freezing. Morana slowly lifted her head and winced trying to shake off the growing headache as she sat up on the bed.Her hands fell at her sides as she felt the heavy bandages against her skin.
