I let out a sigh as i groggily blink my eyes before staring into space. There was an unfamiliar ceiling hanging above my head, and the bed i lay on felt too comforting and soft to be real.

Where was i? Was I still dreaming? Because i can swear that i met a man last night that treated me like a human being for the first time in years.

I yawned and rolled on my side and froze on seeing pure green eyes staring intensely into my surprised one, making me stunned for a few seconds, leaving the words I planned on saying to get stuck in my throat.

"Hey..." His voice was calm and playful despite how rough he looked and when he smiled at me, two dimples appeared which caused my eyes to widened a little fraction.

He was charming and there is no doubt he was real too and everything that happened last night wasn’t a dream or a mirage. It was real.
