Stacie's pov. My plan to seduce the almighty alpha seems to be working out, as Antoine seemed to be enjoying every bit of my touch as much as I was. His hand squeezed my nipples and I shuddered in pleasure, spikes of desire shooting through my stomach and lower. As much as I had planned so well earlier to seduce him and then leave him hanging in sexual frustration, I don't think I can bear to do that anymore. This feeling I am getting is way sweeter than what I had imagined. I just wanted to have him deep inside me. I'm also very curious to know how it really feels like to be taken by your mate. The bonding, the mating, the connection, that was everything. I proceeded to take off his shirt which was hindering me from touching his skin. I touched his skin, and it felt so smooth. I could feel the play of his muscles under my fingers, and the heat emanating from his hot body. Then suddenly, he shouted; "Get out!" His voice sounded so cold like ever before. At first, I thought I mis
Stacie’s POV I broke out in cold sweat, trembling uncontrollably. How come I didn't even notice anyone creeping up behind me? I didn't even see his shadows. Could Beta Daniel have sent someone here to kill me? "How would he even know you're here" Elda spoke in my head. "You just have to fight back and save yourself." Right! I had to fight against this 'my' attacker. I tried to wriggle out of my attacker's firm grip and succeeded in freeing one of my hands. I quickly balled my hand into a fist, swirling around with difficulty to face him. But instead of my punch landing in his face, it landed in the air, as he seemed to have perceived it coming and had dodged it. Then before I knew it, he grabbed my fist in his palms, giving it a rough squeeze. "Ouch! That was painful" Pain shot up my arm like fire and I cringed. I was being sapped of every ounce of energy left in me. "Is this how difficult fighting is?" I wondered. This isn't even real combat, and I'm sure my attacker was bein
Antoine's POV The footsteps were coming close. I could hear the heavy thud of the person's boots as they approached the door. "Maybe one of the soldiers, I thought. Then all of a sudden, the footsteps stopped. There was total silence. I tried to smell the scent of the person who was at the door, as I had a sharp sense of smell. But surprisingly, I couldn't get the person's scent, not even a faint smell. It was as if the person didn't have a scent at all. Now, that's strange. Is it an alien or a human? I wondered. Stacie on the other hand felt the presence of the person behind the door. My scent was too familiar, stealing her breath away. It was someone she knew. Someone, she wasn't prepared to see right now. It was definitely----- wait did she just smell the scent? "Girl! Seems we're leveling up!" Ariel shouted excitedly in her head. Bang! Bang! Bang! The person knocked on the door with a kind of force that could only belong to one person. Then it dawned on me, The person at
Stacie's POV Oh my goodness! Daniel said he was going to lock the door, and then see if I'll be able to open it. The next thing that came running through my mind after he finished saying that was that 'What if he closes the door and I'm not able to open it? what would he do then? Would he think I'm a criminal or something? Or would he just kill me? Fear gripped me at the thought of that. Looking at Damien's face, he doesn't look like someone that would need to take permission from Antoine before killing someone he suspects to be a criminal. And by then, not even the formidable alpha would be able to save me. The funniest part is I can't even remember how exactly I got the door to open the other time. I know it was about the energy that is emitted from my body, but the problem is how did I manage to release the energy, or better still, what did I do to release it? I racked my brain but still couldn't come up with anything. Damien dragged the chains up, from the floor in order t
Stacie's POV Damien swung his fist at me, targeting my jaw. "Rule number one, always be alert and ready for an attack" Unprepared, I recoiled from his punch to my jaw with a wince. How could he be so swift and fast that I hadn't even noticed his movement? I thought, momentarily copying his style as I made a move to retaliate. I lurched a step forward and then threw a punch at Damien's face. The blow felt too dull. And I knew it immediately after I had launched it. "Too slow" Damien noted as he ducked under my punch. He grabbed my arm and twisted it. "Rule number two, never underestimate or look down on your opponent. They could strike when you least expect it" I struggled, squeezed, and wriggled free from his grip. I punched again. He ducked. I kicked. He blocked my kick with one hand and threw a fist at me with the other hand. I bent backward, making Damien's fist slap into my shoulders. Wincing in pain, I staggered backward and fell to the ground with a loud thud. "That
Stacie's POV I felt a very sharp pain in my chest and I cringed. The pain exploded in my head with blinding whiteness. It made me dizzy. It made me reel. It was like needles that had been dipped in alcohol had been jabbed through my chest like my heart had been replaced with ice and electricity wired straight into my spine. I felt a spasm of sharp pain in my lower body. Every part of my body started aching. I couldn't take it anymore. I fell to the ground, gritted my teeth, and then bit into my lips to stop myself from losing consciousness. I tasted blood on my lips. It was painful, though nothing compared to the ache all over my body. It was as if the bones in my leg seemed to snap and shift from their position. The worst part was that I couldn't do anything. I couldn't even move. I just sat down on the floor, enduring all the pain. "What was happening to me" I wondered, trying to communicate with my wolf to know whether she had any idea of what was going on in my body system.
Antoine's POV I was in my room reading a magazine, when someone burst in without even knocking. It was my beta, Damien. He had this worried expression on his face so I prepared myself for bad news. "There's a problem!" He finally said. "What!?" I shouted. My wolf jumped in me when he heard Damien say my mate was the problem. I quickly shifted to my wolf form, running down the woods. Then, I saw the wolf, looking as white as snow, and I knew it was her, my mate. He fur was looking short over her body and longer at the neck. It was really smooth and shiny. I growled, probably with lust. Then suddenly, she came charging at me with all full speed. I noticed her movement was wild. She looked pained as if she was fighting hard to keep her wolf under control. She stood in front of me, and uttered something. "I'm" she tried to say with great difficulty. "I'm". Then she collapsed. "Was she dead?" I couldn't help but wonder in fear as I quickly shifted to my human form. I reached he
Stacie's POV I woke up with a bad ache all over my body. "Shit!" I said, my throat sore from the effort of that single word. "Why am I even feeling all this pain? Did I perhaps fight in my sleep or something? Or did I do something stressful before I slept?" I asked all these questions out loud to no one in particular, as I was alone in the room. I searched through my brain without success remembering what I did yesterday. I couldn't even remember how I slept off. I looked around and noticed that I wasn't in my room. The room looked unfamiliar. "Where am I again now?" I wondered. Then the door opened, and a young, beautiful lady entered the room. She had a smile on her face. "Finally, you're awake!" She said, still smiling. "Now, what does she mean by "finally"? Have I been sleeping for so long to warrant that kind of "finally" from her? I looked around and saw a clock on the wall, only to check the time and what I saw made me gasp in shock. "Jesus fucking Christ!" I muttere
