Chapter 42 Returning to the Old Place

Two carriages, one in front and one at the back, drove down the street.

They were both four-wheeled carriages with black compartments and tall shafts. The wheels of the carriages rolled across the streets that were covered in gravel. As the carriages had decent shock absorbers, so long as they did not encounter extremely uneven ground, it would not be a bumpy ride.

Ryan and Martti sat opposite each other. There were two rows of seats inside the carriage which could seat five to six people. Since there were only two passengers, it felt quite spacious and not crowded at all.

Out of the three people, only Milo Dravich knew how to drive a carriage, so he sat outside to steer it.
