"Let's eat, son," Legacy repeated again, assuming his son was still processing what he said earlier.

Cameron nodded and silently followed his father's lead, matching his steps. While he had been freed from the confines of a coma, he still felt trapped, unable to find happiness.

At the dining table, they sat in silence. The clinking of utensils against plates filled the air as they began to eat. Legacy looked at Cameron, concern evident in his eyes. "How are you feeling, Cam?"

Cameron let out a sigh, putting down his fork. "I don't know, Papa. It's like... I'm physically here, but emotionally, I'm still locked away."

Legacy nodded in understanding. "It's okay to feel that way, son. You've been through a lot."

Cameron picked at his food, his thoughts distant. "I know, Papa. I'm just trying to make sense of everything."

Legacy reached out and placed a reassuring hand on Cameron's shoulder. "You don't have to figure it all out right now. Healing takes time."
