Dan did not mean to freak and called out Adeline but she knows how sensitive she is , especially when it comes to her daughter and she regretted calling her right then, she should have waited till daybreak before calling.

Yes. Adeline had a daughter. She was pregnant when she left Drake to New York and Drake did not know anything about it. Dan's son was with her husband and went to his mother in law's house. 

Adeline went to work and Dan was the one who is taking care of her daughter. 

She has no choice now but to tell her and pray she would not act rashly and panicked when she told her to come to the hospital to avoid her dying even before seeing her daughter to know if she's surviving or not.

"Jamie is sick, we are at the Memorial Hospital of the City she's fine, I promise you" Shee tried coolly as sje swiped sweat off her forehead.
